Jeunesse Global Macau LimitadaCenter Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the Center and operation efficiency
  • Supervise the team in areas of recruit, coach, motivate them to maintain the team’s stability, morale and service standard
  • Manage any escalated queries and provide support to the customer service staff
  • Handle escalated customers’ complaints, take corrective actions and preventive actions
  • Responsible for equipment, inventory and other assets
  • Support all company other related activities (including various Company’s functions and sales events)
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above from an established University
  • Tertiary educated with at least 5 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in management capacity
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Fluent in spoken Putonghua and Cantonese, preferably English also
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Working Hours:
Day Shift: Mon- Fri 11:00AM - 8:00PM; Sat 12:00PM - 5:00PM (Five-day work week)
