Officer – Call Centre

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Department Head in maintaining the smooth operation of the centre
  • To ensure the delivery of professional services to customers through monitoring, skill training and coaching
  • To handle customer complaints in a professional manner
  • To allocate resources effectively in order to meet business targets
  • To prepare monthly statistical reports

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated with good organization and planning skill
  • Capable to work under pressure
