Caesars Golf MacauAdministration & HR Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Report to Administration & HR Manager
  • Support office clerical duties such as updating regular report, maintaining filing system and taking meeting minutes
  • Responsible for human resources services such as recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement and other employee relations
  • Preparing application documents for senior management
  • Familiar in Employment and related Laws in Macau
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 1 year experience or above on relative field
  • Proficiency in MS office (e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin is required
  • Well-organized and able to work independently, problem solving skill
  • Proactive, detail-mind with good time management & able to meet deadline with tight schedules
  • Immediately available is preferred
